Patrick Percy is a visual artist. He writes: “My work evolves from an ‘accidental’ matrix that is abstract, but reflects seemingly natural force fields and occurrences. A visual artwork should embody both a rigorous conception and a compelling stimulus for the optic nerve. A discerning viewer should be rewarded by repeated viewings and gradually become aware of subtleties unrecordable by any camera. I am very interested in making works that include elements that are on the edge of perception: liminal and poetic.”

Percy has travelled extensively both in the US and abroad (e.g., Central America, Europe, South East Asia, Cuba). He writes: “Both the silence of the desert and my peregrinations have been major influences on my paintings.” His work has been shown in the US, including California, Oregon, and New York.
